"They don't watch the kids so I would highly recommend using a different day care. Every week they have some excuse as to why my 2 year old grand daughter is constantly getting hurt by an older kid. If they can't watch the kids why are they day care workers."

"My boy's attended this school until yesterday. I arrived to pick them up, just after 4. It was 102 with a heat index of 115. Both of my boys were outside. I opened the classroom door to the outside and noticed all the children were trying to find shade, every child was completely red and looked exhausted. I asked the young male watching the kids why there was no water and his response: they can come in for water if they want... like any 3-5 year old really knows better, they need to be told they can. I asked how long the kids were outside, he said over 17 minutes with no real access to water or shade. I asked why he didnt bring them in sooner, his response: management has to make that decision. My boys were exhausted and red faced for 30 plus minutes after we made it home, they both drank more than two glasses of water right away. I keep my house at 68 when its this hot. I called back and asked for the corporate number to make a formal conplaint, the assistant director told me that i needed to google it. What a shame, this place started out as a great place at first. I feel its a matter of time before a child is seriously injured or dies because of this schools negligence, I wont be waiting to find out with my boy's."

"If I could give this daycare a zero star I would. This is daycare is horrible every time I go pickup my son let me remind you he's 2 they always say my son did this my son did that. It's always something everyday I believe deep down inside they just didn't want my son there anymore since he's so bad they said he can stay till next Friday. Well if he's so bad don't let him stay just disenroll him today. They would call me every time my son acted up for me to come pick him up. When they was told by me to call my other contacts since I just started a new job and they are closer to the daycare then I am. Today when I went up there to talk to the director Shauna she already looked like she had a attitude. she looked like she didn't care at all what I had to say. Long story short I simply asked them if they had proof of what my son was doing they said no. Also this morning my mom went to pick him up and they didn't even asked for her id . They totally could have gave my son to someone else. I did let the daycare I will be reporting them"

"We were very nervous about putting my son in daycare when I went back to work, but we could not have asked for a better experience for our son. The teachers are wonderful, and we can tell that they are genuinely interested in our son's development and well being. They are professional, caring, and quick to communicate any issues that may come up throughout the day. I double my commute time by dropping off my son at this particular daycare, but can't imagine any other team of daycare teachers watching him."
