"Had a great brunch experience at Mimi's the other day. The hostess provided that there would be a 5-10 min wait. However, she came and seated us in under 10 minutes. Our server, Omar, did great as far as getting our orders correct and getting them to us while still fresh. He also offered some great suggestions for the entrees as well as possible substitutions. Our daughter enjoyed her kid's spaghetti with tomato sauce. However, she did mention it didn't taste like the "other place" (authentic Italian restaurant). My wife's Chicken and Waffles were delicious; the chicken was juicy, and the crust was light and crispy with great seasoning and flavor. My Ranch House Tacos were filled to the brim and Omar's suggestions really hit the spot. Our drinks were also good. The little one enjoyed her chocolate milk and I enjoyed my coffee as well as my "adult" pumpkin latte. My wife loves their Mango Mimosas every chance she gets. We've been visiting this Mimi's location for a several years and it hasn't disappointed."
"First time visit for us and probably the last. We ordered sweet tea which was not. I ordered the slow roasted turkey dinner. The food was cold when brought out. (The wait time on the food was long even though the place was not busy.) The server also took his time replacing the dirty silverware given to us earlier. I decided to get the food to go and try to salvage it at home by microwaving it. This did not help. The place was not busy and quiet which we did enjoy."
