"As a previous person stated that there was a rude "manager". They posted a faceless picture but I can tell this is the same man that has made out of line comments to me and my friend on multiple occasions. He is rude and inappropriate. He needs management classes to learn how to speak to a customer and to keep his opinions on women and what they should do to keep a husband to himself."
"If you pay for gas here inside the store please don’t walk away without your receipt … just don’t do it … you have been warned !!!"
"This place is disgusting including but not limited to the restrooms (see photos). The photos speak for them selves. Major renovations needed here. I wonder if employees wash their hands with mysterious liquid as well. 7-Eleven DO BETTER I DON’T ASK FOR MUCH."
"Went to get gas and saw a disturbing scene between the “manager” and a customer. I got my gas and the person in line was getting alcohol and had a paper id with physical reference from Texas DPS. The person at the register claimed to be a manager yet had no identification badge on. The customer asked for the employees name and the “manager with no id badge” went to attempt to push the customer out by telling him to leave if he doesn’t have a regular id. 711 did state in 2012 they were cracking down on minors 12 to 17, but this customer looked well over 25. The customer did continue to ask for the 711 managers ID and he refused continuing to move from around the counter towards the customer. Once he was near the customer the customer was recording the incident. The “manager with no id” proceeded to snatch the phone from the customer. The customer then took the phone from the employee and the employee seemed to slip. Once the employee was down the customer took his phone and left. I have requested the footage but have not received any response from the customer. I took a photo of the employee once he was up. I think there should be some review of the policy on IDs. If a person has a valid form of id and they look over 25 the employee should proceed with age verification via the POS system. The incident could have been avoided if the customer wasn’t escalated and the employee gave his name for complaint rather than physically take a customers phone."
"This place has the best Dr. Pepper icees but they never service their equipment. The icee machine has been down a couple months at least. The managers are more interested in the local gossip than making sure the fountain drinks or icee machines are in working order."
