Not uncommon to see a pack of dogs in the parking lot, the water dispenser is often broken, if you inquired within they claimed it too is privately owned. This place is next to a Dollar General, so the ridiculous markup seems unnecessary, Locals use the place for food or gas, the gas has become questionable, because of slow lines and slower pumps, most just go down to the next intersection, 1604 where corporate owned gas stations provide better deals, service and gas."
