"Our fur baby was experiencing rather worrisome symptoms after a move. We gave this animal hospital a call by chance since we are new to the area and they are the closest to us, and I am very grateful that they were where we went! The staff was 100% kind and understanding and quick to act! Luckily, there was nothing wrong with our kitty, just a lot of stress and other varying factors, but I know if it was really bad, the staff would have done their best to accommodate us! Thank you for all your help"
"As an employee of Dr Johns Pet Care down the street, I know we can rely on Tisdale to provide good affordable care to our clients when we can’t get them in. Then today I experienced their care firsthand when my own little baby had an emergency and I knew I could count on Tisdale to help. They did a great job and communicated well every step of the way. So grateful for the Tisdale team and all they do!"
"Dr. Tisdale is great! Highly recommend! Always willing to answer my pet questions. Her staff is very welcoming and they create a calm environment for my anxious dog! They treat your pet like family! Beautiful and clean facility! I recommend them to all my friends!"
"one cold rainy spring morning I stepped outside at work to smoke a cigarette and heard the pitiful meowing of a kitten. he was a little ginger cat, barely skin and bones, clearly abandoned. he went home with me that day. I named him Lazarus. Lazarus grew up to be a big healthy cat. full of energy and life. for over a decade he was my best pal. during that time he sired a litter of kittens, and raised another litter of rescues like they were his own. he saw my own firstborn come into the world, and looked after her and put up with her antics. in recent years his health began to decline. a few weeks ago I came home and he didn't greet me at the door. I found him sitting in a corner looking at the floor. I know what it looks like when a cat is reaching the end of his ninth life. his little body was shutting down. The rest of that evening he stayed in my lap and that night he slept on my chest, the warmth probably all that kept him through the night. The next morning I wrapped him up in his favorite blanket and took him to Tisdale. they were very quick and respectful and helped me to take care of his final moments. that afternoon I buried him in his blanket. sometime later a small card arrived in the mail. it was from Tisdale and carried their condolences, and included a handwritten personal message and was signed by the staff that was on hand the day I came. this might be standard procedure at Tisdale. it might be their normal way of following up when in owner loses a friend. but in this world no one truly appreciates the bond, you get a few messages from friends maybe a text... but the folks at Tisdale went to the trouble with handwriting a card and mailing it to me. it's a small thing but it meant a lot. I appreciate you guys."
"Couldn’t recommend Tisdale enough. My senior beagle Dahlia had some concerning health things pop up over the weekend that needed immediate addressing, but couldn’t get into her regular vet for a few days. I called Tisdale to get an idea of what to expect cost wise and the lady was nice enough to get my name & info, consult the doctor and call me back with a ballpark range. She offered an urgent care drop off within the next 30 minutes or the next morning. We sped there and they promptly greeted us, got more info and took her back. They called before any procedure they did to confirm the cost was okay, and were very thorough in their explanations. My girl was in and out within 2 hours and the cost was lower than anticipated for emergency vet care. They even sent her meds home in a little gift bag. I’m so glad they were able to get me in on such short notice and would def take my girl back if we had another weekend emergency."
