"The worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor. Let me preface and say their receptionists were amazing and very kind. HOWEVER Dr Creely himself was the most dismissive and unenthusiastic doctor I have ever met in my entire life. He looked at me for all of 40 seconds and made his “diagnosis” and just shoved me out of the room. I will be going elsewhere to find out the actual problem I’m having."

"The people who work here are nice but the organization makes zero effort to make getting allergy shots etc easy. They keep ridiculous hours for shots as it is and they just decide they’re going to offer them when they feel like it without giving any advanced notice except for a small note they post when they feel like it, on a door frame in the office that no one reads. They could do everyone a favor and join the 21st century by sending out mass text messages like every other doctors office on the planet. There are certain days/times when you also have to wait a long time for a shot that takes about 30 seconds to administer. Again this isn’t an insult against anyone who works there, it is a frustration with the management or whoever is in charge of their technology and outreach department."

"We had a decent experience and Dr. Hawkins addressed my daughter's hearing/infection issues. However, with each increasing appointment we found him to be dismissive. Our last appointment my daughter's ears were extra sensitive on top of her anxiety disorder. It was a fire storm with lack of compassion. The nurse told my daughter she needed it done so my daughter wouldn't "have to wear hearing aids and people look at her funny." As a mom and former special ed teacher (specifically with hard of hearing) I was out raged. My daughters next appointment will be somewhere else."
