"Dr. Wetzler's methods are straight forward and easy to understand. After decades of being on call and on sleep medication nothing was working for me. With the help of Sleep Health Center, I changed how I slept. 3 months later I am completely off meds. One thing to note - many health insurances while happy to pay for your sleep medicine don't fully cover this kind of treatment.
