"I scheduled a spot due to an issue with my fingernails. The Dr recommended labs to determine if there was an underlying issue. Results came back and 2 test results weren’t normal. I waited several days and no follow up. I called and left a message. The assistant for the Dr did return my call, which I missed. I followed up with a phone call, left a message this past Friday. Nothing, absolutely nothing. No return phone call, no discussion of my test results, nothing. Here is the thing…physicians are here for patients..not the other way around. I will never walk into that practice again. You shouldn’t either."

"I had a very pleasant experience at Dermatology Associates. From being welcomed by friendly receptionist who had me fill out the forms. I had questions about insurance and she answered and explain the reason. I was then called right back to the room within 5 minutes of arrival and nurse began gathered information, gave me directions to prepare for Dr Loveless to come in. Wait time was very short and he pleasantly greeted me and began looking at my chart/information followed by addition information he had asked about. My experience was informational,, friendly and very professional, ending with an awesome appointment and evaluation. I highly recommend this doctor and their office."
