"The bathroom is next to the entrance, the main door is wide open and the stall doors are not working. The toilets were dirty and toilet paper was thrown all over the floor. When I went into the classroom the teachers were sitting in a corner on their personal phones (social media) and not paying attention to the kids. They asked me for the first payment in cash (only method) without any previous notification. In addition, I was informed that my kids would be in a room but when I went in the afternoon to get them, they had to look in every classroom because they were not tracking on which one they were."

"I have worked here for almost 9 months. Left due to personal reasons alone. Out of all my time working there with multiple children we all have our ups and downs with children that don’t listen or cause problems but that never stopped us from trying our hardest to help and make things worked. When there was biting, hitting, or even kicking, everyone had done their best to positively correct the child. The only reason we had to ever remove a child from the facility, which by the way was almost never, was because the child was really bad and we exhausted all our measures day after day to correct him/her and it didn’t work or if it was to the point the safety of teachers and other children were in risk of danger. All the teachers love their kids each individually. Not only did I teach there but both my baby boys were placed in there as well, way before I was a teacher. I do love the place and my boys loved their teachers and friends. I would recommend it to come check this daycare out over the other daycares in the area."

"Bright Beginnings has been such a blessing! I was a stay at home mom and my kids had never gone into a ‘class’ other than in church. They had a couple of whiny days in the beginning, but the wonderful ladies made sure to give them lots of love and truly form a personal bond with them. My babies ask when they get to go back to ‘school’ as soon as they get in the car when I pick them up and they LOVE going everyday! (They even want to go on Saturday and Sunday!) They absolutely love their teachers and their Suzi! These women all adore their kiddos and love making a positive impact on young and growing minds. I’m always notified with any information very promptly whether it be a need for something for one of my kiddos or that something happened while they’re at school. I always pick my babies up happy, clean and dry. I NEVER wanted to put my babies in daycare, but Bright Beginnings has changed my mind! My kiddos have learned so much and come home so excited to tell me the new things they are learning! I couldn’t imagine dropping my kids off with anyone else, these ladies have become an extension of our family! Thank you, Suzi and all of the staff for loving my babies the way you do!!"

"I love this daycare. My daughter started when she was about 5 months old because they didn't have an opening yet. She started at Punkin Patch, nastiest place ever. Since my daughter has been here I'm first to know if anything is wrong in class, if she's sickly, or needs diapers. My daughter lights up every morning when she gets dropped off and loves on everyone when we leave for the day. I used to work for Suzi and she's had my older kids in her daycare before too. All these reviews that say anything but good things, I don't understand."
