"The customer service people in the fabric department spend more time chatting and on their phones than servicing customers. It would have taken less than a minute to cut my fabric but instead she wanted to show another customer some pictures. She didn't even service us. Instead another customer service person helped us. We'd have been there for another 20 minutes had the other customer service person not come along"
