"Enjoyed the lady that helped me quite a bit. There was another lady there that coughed while I was in the enclosed room, I learned that she is a smoker which is fine, but because I just recently got over RSV, and this is a medical situation I feel if she has irritation that causes her to open the coughing a room she should wear a mask. I was deathly sick December 17, 2002 from someone coughing in a Sunday establishment. I've never been this sick since I was under the age of six years old and now I'm 57 and corona and RSV hurt me pretty bad. I'm glad I am over these issues and plan to remain healthy. I would ask the medical staff cover their face and they're helping other people if they have a cough. Do no harm."
"Had an awful experience. Waited for over an hour in the waiting room because they forgot about me. No apologies. They didn’t care at all. I finally get in the room to get my ultrasound, after being there for over an hour , doctor didn’t bother to come in to talk to me. Nurse opened the door WIDE OPEN and left it open while I was still undressed. For everyone to see."
"Two great experiences at this place! Everyone was so nice and really went above and beyond in putting me at ease and making me feel comfortable. Results were back quickly. Highly recommend and thanks to everyone who works there for making it such a positive experience!"
"Receptionist was very rude and snarky over the phone and in person. I called to inform someone I would be late by 5 minutes because the traffic was so bad. She gave me attitude over the phone and when I arrived I even heard one of them say 'everyone else was early but them" I made it there at 12:35 on the dot. My appointment was at 12:30 they called every single person back including people who had JUST WALKED IN THE DOOR I sat and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes I finally went back at 1:50 the lobby cleared out three times completely full of people before I went back for a 5 minute CT scan whomever the receptionist was working 08/08/23 was extremely rude and petty. The whole experience was miserable and a huge waste of time hopefully I never have to come back here again"
"If I could give zero stars I would. Had an appointment for a CT here today. Someone from there called me on Thursday morning to confirm my appointment and give instructions. I was not able to take the call. Called back while I was still at work and told them I was calling to confirm and get instructions. Spoke with Ryan. He told me I had to come at 1:30 to drink barium and my appt would be at 3:30. So two hours to drink and then my scan. He told me I did not have to fast before my appointment because my order was written that way with no IV. I even asked why some people would need to fast while others didn't. He went on to tell me that it depended on how the order was written and that my order was written where I was oral only, so I didn't need to fast. He even said he looked at the order again to check. I repeated back to him: no fasting, get there at 1:30, drink barium for two hours and then procedure at 3:30 done by 4:00. He said ,yes, correct. Checked in today at 1:25. Front desk handed me my first bottle of barium. No one asked me if I was fasting or not. I was not, but easily could have. If someone would have asked me at this stage, it would have saved me a lot of trouble. I drank both bottles of barium for nearly the two hours minus about 5 minutes and was called back. Then was told I had to get an IV. I asked why and was told that's the way the order was written. I said well that's not what Ryan told me on the phone yesterday and that I wasn't fasting. He said then we can't do the CT today. He said that if I aspirate I could die because I ate. What a waste of time. And I drank 900 ml of barium only to be told I couldn't have the CT. Then once I wanted to complain, they called a radiologist and the Dr said to go ahead and do it but to just "take it slow" after I was already told I could "aspirate and die". Umm, no, I'll pass. Now, I have to start all over, but it won't be here. Very unprofessional and terribly trained staff and procedures. Wasted my time and I am chalked full of barium on a beautiful Friday. Completely unacceptable."
