"I have been a patient of Annie Kate's for about 4 years. All she's ever done was try to push pills quite frankly. I've had issues with my neck and shoulders for years. What's her remedy muscle relaxers! I'm sorry but that doesn't fix the problem. So I tried the muscle relaxers that lasted all of 3 days and I refused to take them anymore and basically she said there's nothing she can do for me. I got in recently because of a lump on my collarbone thinking it was a swelled lymph node and she tells me there are no lymph nodes there. Are you freaking serious!? You're supposed to have a medical degree and you don't know there are lymph nodes on the collarbone so she goes to consult with her father who clue's her in that there are indeed lymph nodes there which results in me getting more pills. In the end I still have a lump, took them 4 days to call with my test results and an appointment to a surgeon and in fact I actually had to call after 4 days because they never did call with my results when she told me they would have them later that day. The nurses excuse was.. we're short staffed. Well I am sorry you're short staffed but you have patients waiting on test results that are VERY important. She didn't care, none of them do. Annie Kate went nuts when I told her the pharmacist at Walgreens tried to help me with meds she had put me on and suggested after I told her they weren't working that I be put on something else because what Annie Kate put me on was for 2 different issues and I only had 1 and the pharmacist told me of better options to suggest to Annie Kate. Keep in mind, these people go to school to know about medicine.. Annie Kate flipped out and demanded her name, wanted her fired and said she would call Walgreens and take care of it. You know what Annie Kate, your degree is nothing but a worthless piece of paper because you don't have a clue what you're doing. Pushing pills for everything isn't the answer but knowing what the hell you're doing and caring for your patients is. Anytime I have had to get refills, test results or even try to get in because I was having issues it takes them 3 days to a week to return your calls. Honestly by then someone could be dead. I can't speak to the other doctors in this practice but I can say my son and I will never go back to Annie Kate ever again. I wouldn't even take my dog to her. You would honestly get better care from an urgent care clinic."

"Absolute worst hospital I've ever been to my entire life. First we waited 4 hours to be called back. Finally they called us back stuck me and my mom in some storage closet type room that's was very dirty . The floor had dirt all over them and after an waiting over an hour for someone to come we finally got tired of it at just left."

"The nurses in the CCU are absolutely the rudest people. The hospital does not have a CCU waiting room equipped with chairs for the numerous family members that we seen come in and out in a matter of 24 hours. (We traveled 3 hours to get here) When the staff, including the administrative secretary, was asked about additional chairs, we were told there wasn't anymore nor was the hospital responsible for such. All I could do was shake my head and say, "That's so sad!" This hospital is the absolute WORSE FROM ADMINISTRATION TO NURSING! Glad I wasn't the patient and they are not getting my money or insurance money! I would not want to contribute to payroll for this incompetent, uncaring, insensitive CCU staff. There was an Outpatient nurse who was very friendly and our doctor, Dr. L. is very nice and very respectable, but there is ALOT this hospital needs starting with compassionate staff."

"They're too money hungry and it seems that's all they care about. For a holter monitor study, it was over $600! Plus, they won't help you with the cost unless it's over a $1000 bill. The black lady I spoke with in the billing center was very rude and hateful. She wanted to try to threaten me with court costs, etc. America's medical system totally sucks!!!!!! HCMC is right along with it! What a wonderful thing to do after someone has been ill but to bill and harass them with outrageous bills. HCMC, you and your stupid billing dept. nazis totally suck! You are EVIL!!!!!!!!!!! You work for Satan!!!!!!!!!!"
