"The lady at the front desk is mean and dismisses you when you need help like a Covid test or a flu shot, or forgets to charge you until later on. Go somewhere else, you’ll be wasting time being at this clinic making you go on a wild goose chase just to get the help you need."
"The visit was terrific! Friendly staff, only waited a little. The doctor was very kind, quick, and seemed to genuinely care about me."
"I don’t really understand the point of making appointments here. You are not going to be seen at the time you have made your appointment. You are going to have to wait for quite a long time, anyway. So be patient if planning to receive service in this center. We, students, seem to have no other option, though. I am giving 3 stars just because staff are friendly."
"I’ve been going here since the beginning of college at UofL. Whenever I call in to make my appointments and get refills etc, I’m always pleased to speak to those who are working the front desk. They are very nice to talk to and are always very patient with my questions. I really appreciate their kindness and wish every receptionist could be as kind and helpful as them."
"I called at 8:29 AM on Monday morning, I waited on hold for 35 minutes, they transferred me to a nurse, to the nurse transferred me back to the front desk, they dropped the call. I called back, waited 15 minutes. After the receptionist said it would take 30 minutes to fill out paperwork, another 20 to see the doctor, etc. and based on how everything had been handled up to this point, I decided to forget it. They would waste my afternoon, like they did my morning. Get organized and focused. I had better luck at a Kroger clinic, so I went, and I DID. Surely the amount of money spent on tuition and student services should ensure higher quality for campus health services."
