"Caseworker is an absolute joke. I spoke to her once. I don't think I have ever had an actual appointment. The nurse set up appointments with me, without calling me. I would only know because of their courtesy reminders. Then I have to drop whatever I have planned or going on to attend whatever it is she needs from me. The "doctor" is rude, short with me, extremely negative and literally gave up on me. After trying two or three different medications. Definitely not even worth the paperwork it takes to get in the door. You're better off anywhere else."

They will make your appointments without your knowledge or any advance notice AND you had better keep it or be put on a ‘probation’ that risks your ability to make any further appts or receive your medicine. Staff has no concern or remorse for any patient, youth or elderly. 3 plus years later, and every visit is another headache with no other options."
