"I had the worst expierence in the Decatur drive through. The manager mad drive through girl was horri, very rude, dumped foodb with hot juice all over me and my Lexus. I had to sit in the drive through and blow my horn, over and over to get her to open the window and hand me napkins and plastic bags to wrap up the leaky food. The male manager was horrible! He refused to give me the drive through girls name to report. No receipt to look for her name. WORST SERVICE AWARD GOES TOO!!!!! Clearly those two have a lot more between them , then just a professional relationship. The drive through girl slammed the wondow while shouting “ Im done talking to you” because i was demanding napkins because my lap was being scorched by hot food and juice. Now dumped all over me and my car. Anyone else would sue them. They should have at least apologized and offered to have my car cleaned."

"Made my order wrong at the drive thru and when I went back and asked to have it made properly I was accused of already having eaten it because I mixed the protein in w the noodles (which was supposed to be rice). Grace refused to rectify their mistake and she also refused to refund my money. When I asked to speak w her manager I was told that I could come back on Friday (it's Tuesday). Apparently the company doesn't refund money or fix their mistakes. So basically I paid $20 for a fortune cookie."
