"My niece came home with random, deep scratches on her. When my sister brought concerns to the people in charge she was met with defense and excuses. Seems like management would rather protect their staff than ensure safety. Not a place I want my niece or any other kid being at. Also it’s super sketchy that a good chunk of the recent 5 star reviews are from staff…looks like they’re stacking the reviews to cover up actual parent experience which is a major red flag in my eyes."

"I’ve been a PreK teacher at Puzzles for nearly eight years and it is a wonderful place to work! Through the years I have gotten to know so many wonderful families and watch their children grow. The atmosphere at Puzzles is happy and energetic- we always have fun while learning. I also love that we can keep the kids moving in both indoor and outdoor play areas (we all know kids need to be able to burn all of that energy!) Kim (the owner) and management are great to work with and offer plenty of support to the staff and families. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do. It’s a great team to be a part of!"

"The owner and staff were very unprofessional and treated my family harshly when we disagreed with them. They do not take suggestions or constructive criticism. Instead, they take out their frustrations on your child by not including them in everything being done that day or unexplained accidents occur. I wouldn’t recommend them if they were the last place to enroll. They make it so that if they don’t like you or agree with you your forced to find somewhere else or do thing their way. LITERALLY… they are garbage. Save yourself the hassle."

"Puzzles has been such a blessing in my life as well as my daughters. They really are a family. It makes life so much better when you know that you are leaving your child somewhere safe and somewhere where they are loved while having to work.My daughter is excited everyday to see her puzzles family. Puzzles is the best in town!"

"Best Daycare we have been to so far! They are constantly re-investing in there facility, new trike/scooter track, new bounce house, new scarf launcher, new light up dance floor, new rocket launchers. That is all the new stuff on top of all of the amazing things they already have. Its all about the kids! They have a hugeeee indoor play space and have lots of age appropriate spaces for all the kids. The other "small" things I notice as a parent: New bathroom because they expanded and needed more, painted interior walls, updated the outside with new logos and window decals, new vacuum cleaners, new washer and dryer, and the list goes onnnnnnn. This is the stuff that other facilities let slip. Its so important to keep things fresh and replace things when they dont work and unfortunately other places would rather just keep the money in their pocket. Not Puzzles. The teachers are great, there are always extra hands around to help where help is needed and the management/front office is A+. My kids are always excited to go and its so fun to hear about their days when they come home :). Photos attached are of the indoor place space."
