"I would give these "Doctors" a negative 5 if I could. First, Dr Chang misdiagnosed my husbands SHATTERED heal in an xray. He was forced to wait for an mri for 6 weeks on bedrest with nothing more than Tylenol3 bc Changs staff kept "forgetting" to set up an imaging appt. 6 weeks of NO movement for a cardiac patient increased the severity of his cardiac symptoms (He was very functional and active prior to this 6 wks). after the MRI, he was referred to a sports medicine dr in Nashville who told him the original xray showed his shattered foot due to charcote arthropathy (nerve damage). The new dr told us if he had seen him right after the break, he likely could have repaired the damage but after 8 weeks, the bones were setting. I have a connective tissue disorder (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) which causes severe joint pain due, extremely fragile soft tissue, chronic dislocations, and joint damage due to improper collagen production. This is an ORTHOPEDIC DISORDER. My daughters and I both have it. I have seen Dr Robbe and Dr Beale for help with my severely TORN ligaments. Dr Robbe told me that I cant tear ligaments bc I have EDS (WRONG!). Dr Beale would only look at xrays (not order an MRI) when I have torn ligaments and bursitis in my hip causing severe pain. After looking at the xray, he told me if he couldnt see all the hardware in my lumbar spine and SI Joints, he wouldnt know anything was wrong with me. Instead of educating themselves on a debilitating orthopedic related disorder and learning proper care for patients looking for help, they quietly (meaning refusing any patients who list EDS) have decided to just not accept patients with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome! Maybe thats the best idea for this group of doctors but that means they are useless in their field of expertise... they cant diagnose shattered bones, torn ligaments, or chronic dislocations so what use are they as orthopedists???"

"Don't be surprised if you are in the waiting room over an hour. Happens more than not. Calling them is a joke. I had my knee replaced june 18. It is July 15 and today is the 3rd phone call that ended with no results. Called for a med refill that i still haven't gotten (been 12 days). Called twice because i have yellow fluid leaking from my incision, still don't know if that normal or not. Nice people, everyone i have met. Not the most professional office though."
