"I was disturbed by the “surfboard” used to literally strap the children down, when I wouldn’t sign the form for it I was asked “Why not” — because I didn’t want to traumatize my child... They ended up doing it anyway (I conceded, she really needed this done)… they ended up numbing her but not being able to finish the procedure due to her anxiety. They had a specific employee come in to help hold her down and finally said “we’re not going to be able to do it without traumatizing her and that’s your concern” or something similar. Overall was just extremely disappointed in the effort and care given with my anxious kiddo. Everything was rushed “we have so many other kids here waiting” etc. We ended up going to Sango Smiles and had a great experience."
