"The drs are amazing but the staff is absolutely ridiculous I come up there months ago, signed the papers that I needed to sign and was told to sign to get the release of information that I needed for Court and now a few Days from court they tell me they have lost my paperwork and I need to come up there and re-sign again and it could take so long to get the paperwork and I don’t have that amount of time I have called and left numerous messages for them to call me back. The lady that handles the paperwork in the release of Does not do her job. I have done everything I was told only to come to find out that I have to redo it, and I might not have the papers in time. This is not professional. If the lady cannot do her job, they need to find somebody who can keep up with the paperwork better, and actually do their job and respond to the calls that are coming in and answer the messages that have been left."

"Had so many problems with this place. I scheduled an "In person" appointment and drove 30 minutes to their office only to be put in a room with a computer monitor hooked up to a zoom call. Yea they really care about my mental health."

"Just now getting to write about this since I finally found a provider that actually helped me get stable. Everything was fine up until I spoke to DR. Thore. I had a diagnosis I just needed help with medication. I was diagnosed with the same problem multiple times. I told him I was okay on my current meds I was prescribed by a primary care provider.He proceeded to up the dosage. I later found out those meds I was taking should NOT have been taken together and it sent me into psychosis. He also told me on the phone that my symptoms are probably related to Daddy issues. I had a great relationship with my father. Like did you pull that out of your Psychology 101 book or something bud? Pennyroyal itself was very nice to me and tried to help then I was referred to him."

"Dr. Thor was alright. I saw the counselor James Brookes a few years ago. He was pretty helpful. Then he abruptly left, so I got paired with another counselor named Courtney. She was pretty unprofessional and she left after only a few visits. With so many counselors leaving abruptly, it makes me wonder if there’s bad practices here. I question what kind of people they hire considering how unprofessional Courtney was. Kind of sketchy."

"They have changed the way that they schedule appointments which has made it impossible for patients to get in. They won't schedule appointments out more than a week in advance and some doctors only come in one day a week. Makes it difficult for people with jobs as we have to request off weeks in advance, but they won't schedule appointments farther out than a week. We switched to a different provider and will not return."
