"Since Mary left as manager this place went straight down hill. A bunch of rude, unknowledgeable kids running the place. Inventory not kept up, food not ready at opening. Warmers broken and no offer to cook items such as fried burritos while you wait. Forgot to order donuts “several times”. Have to wait to check out for kid wondering around store! No customer service left!"

"Stop firing the good employees and hiring people, then leaving them to run the store alone without being fully trained! Poor management for sure. There's this 1 female who hasn't been working here long and she can never figure out the 7 eleven app or the 7 eleven wallet. My wife and I stopped coming here because they fired the good employees because they were shy dudes but these dudes knew exactly what they were doing. Tried giving them another chance today and still the same young female having trouble. They need to fire the manager, not the young employees who are poorly trained by bad management. Definitely won't be coming back to this particular 7 eleven again. They take way too long and the store has become a mess."

"I love this place it is so well maintained, and the 7-Eleven team members are superb. The food in the store itself is so well maintained and clean . I just want to say thanks to the clicks for stepping up and doing a superb job, keeping us grumpy and not so grumpy customer going. Without yall, we would have no fresh coffee or morning breakfast. You all are the backbone of this great American economy. 7-Eleven owner, thanks so much for helping us keep money in our pockets by keeping the gas prices at bay. You, sir, are a blessing. Thank you so much, myself and my family. Thank you. Please buy merchandise from inside the store. The owner only makes what he/she sells on the inside . And not much on gas sell. "I’ve gone to this location about 9-10 times and it’s always something with this location and they’re all past 7pm. The worst thing that’s happened is I’m 99.99% sure my card information got stolen from here cause it was the last time I used that card (other purchase was 5 days prior) an hour before $150 In fraudulent charges were processed on my card. I only go there to buy bangs and they have it listed as 2 for $5 (with a 711 rewards account) and I put my info in every time and even ask the employees every time and nobody knows how to process that deal. The staff is NEVER friendly(except the lady was ok) And last time I went in (paid cash to not have my card stolen), guy that was there when my card info was stolen didn’t know how to do the deal (again, even when I brought it up last time). But he even went to get Pennys for my change(in the vault thingy) and pulls out nickles, then closed it back up and said he couldn’t give me the change. That’s extremely unprofessional. Only go to this store as a last resort(can’t really get bangs anywhere else). Also expect to get mediocre customer service and don’t trust any of the deals on the wall cause the employees don’t know how to give you them."
