"The receptionist were great, Dr. Evans was very unprofessional. Probably the most bizarre urologist/doctors appointment I’ve ever had in my life and I am 52 years old. If you need a urologist I highly recommend a different one."
"Had appointment with Dr. Spicer. When I arrived at the office I was told my appointment with Dr. Spicer had been cancelled because he didn’t treat my condition any more. I was never informed by phone that it had been cancelled. They had me an appointment with another Dr. a month later. I was very disappointed by this treatment."
"VA made my appt with this group and6 ŭent me a letter witth The date and ğpme. We live 2 hrs. Away. I went to the appt and was told no, my appt was for the next day. ßhe. Said they could not squeeze me in even though it was injured in their system wrong. The only option she offered was to reschedule. VA, I am not impressed with these people. Even parking is difficult."
"It isn’t hard to see why they have such few stars. This place is such a joke. Had to repeat a urine test and was told I did not need an appt just to call when I’m on my way. I live 37 minutes and called 30 minutes before arriving and was told to just let the desk know when I’m here. I check in and am told I have to have an appt. This is ridiculous. Not to mention how hard the nurse practitioner I saw tried to push medication on me at the initial appt and was visibly upset (tone and body language) that I would not accept that due to her being “certain” that I have IC before trying other ways to figure out if I do until I was firm on not doing medication but I was fine with doing cystoscopy to help determine the issue. I will do my test as it’s already schedule and moving forward will find elsewhere for treatment. I’m 27 years old why would you want to push medication on a young adult????? Medication isn’t the answer to every issue. Pathetic."
"Called to make an appointment for a consultation and was given information that turned out to be incorrect once we met with the doctor. We would not have made the appointment if we were given the correct information on the phone to start with or even an "I don't know." We lost gas money for a 2 hour trip, a half day of work for two people, and a $50 copay. They refused to refund the copay and only plan to "talk to" their reception staff, even though their misrepresentation cost us in excess of $200 combined. I believe they misrepresented themselves to fill their empty schedule -- there's a reason they can get you in right away and the urologist in Murray, KY is booked 3+ months out. We will not be going back."
