"I went into this location with two scratch tickets. My winnings were $80. I bought two drinks, one fountain and one beer I total came out to just over $4. I hand them that tickets and I got back $15 and some change. I don't know who to ask but I'm sure someone's there to listen. Is that right? Who knows math. I do. He's way off. I confront him about it. He was giving me a hard time as if he was right after further explaining how $80 but one beer one fountain drink. He didn't get it for a long time but finally he understood and after getting my money I get in my car and drive away. I decide to count that money. He still owes me $5. I don't believe I will be going to this store. Funny thing was I think he was management"

"Friendly staff and clean. However mine and my wife’s cards have both be comprised on separate occasions after using them inside the store!! Pay cash!!"

"Went to get gas. The button I needed wasn't working so I canceled my transaction and moved to the next pump. Come to find out that QT placed a $175.00 hold on my account and I could only afford $10 in gas! I'm livid! When I approached the supervisor on duty, she denied the gas station does this and tried to blame my bank! My bank denies doing this too! I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO QT! $175!?! come on man, really!?!"

"I’m giving 2 stars due to the regular staff always being so polite and friendly. However this morning I was so disappointed in the young man named Ivan who is at this store for the “first time” while the real manager is away on vacation. We politely informed him of the coffee being out, and we were met with snark” completely out?” as if he couldn’t believe us. There was no thank you, how are you today. I was not even offered a receipt my transaction cleared he left my items on the counter and immediately began speaking to a team member. No engagement as we have grown so used to here. As I headed to work I was so disappointed in our experience that I decided to call to give some feedback to a manager. You can imagine how surprised I was to find this young man was acting manager. I was told that his higher manager was on vacation he didn’t know when he would be back and there was no one else that I could speak to so I was very direct in my feedback to him. He was very uninterested gave a weak apology about how he disregarded our comment because he had just filled the coffee an hour before that. There was no real interest in correcting the experience for us as someone who goes there every day I’m highly disappointed and won’t be returning. I certainly think that sometimes these managers forget that they were QTs all over San Antonio and there’s is not the only location that we can utilize. I have been in management for several years now and I can say that attitude and positive experiences have to start it with leader ship. It’s a shame when your attendants have better customer service and the person who’s in charge."
