"I’ve been debating for a while to leave a review on this school. My son has now started this new school yeah a an Elementary school and after only the second week he lovesssss his new school. It really really saddens me that the staff members paint a pretty picture for you and although I warned them of my sons autism and how he is they assured me many many times that they were well prepared for a student/child like him. Every morning for drop off my son cried EVERY SINGLE morning they would call me at 11 to come pick him up. His teachers started showing signs that they were annoyed would roll their eye, neglect my child during drop offs and would show no empathy what so ever. Even I called and complained to the district after I was fed up they told me during the phone call that staff member have no training on children with autism. My question then was, then why are you accepting children with autism into the school and your staff are not trained what so ever. As this school year started and I enrolled my son into his elementary school in the same district the director told me that this isn’t the first case that she’s has seen or been told about, they do it for the funding and that is truly something that breaks my heart. He is my first child I was going into this thing blindly thinking that they really had the best interest for my child and it wasn’t about that at all. Unfortunately I will have to rate this school a negative. If your child has special need DO NOT ENROLL THEM IN THIS SCHOOL!!"
"My son didn't like it at all. He is nonverbal and with him crying every morning at drop off. The aid would tell me he would calm down a bit after but she would also show me signs that she was fed up. I'm sorry if you can't handle kids 3-4yrs old you shouldn't be working with kids that small then! Till this day 1yr later I drive by and he sees the building and starts to cry!! Moms & Dads listen to your kids and go with your gut."
"Very good education for children"
