"We love pkaboo, but what happened tonight had my daughter heartbroken. The website clearly states that they are open til 7, we arrived at about 5:55pm. It was raining and I was running to the door Carrying my daughter. The employee was locking the door, I asked if they were open until 7, she said yes but they were slow so they were closing. As a paying customer I was shocked that the employee didn't even consider resuming normal posted business hours, or contacting the owner to resume normal hours. She just got in her vehicle and left. If business hours aren't going to be held, the website should be updated."
