"Been on hold with pharmacy 1 hr 18 mins. Still on hold. Hard to get a hold of pharmacy. Had to transfer migraine medication to krogers because they never have in stock at cvs and warehouse out of stock. Each month drove to other cvs pharmacy to find. Never a problem at kroger. On hold 1hr 35 mins and still no answer."
"Twice I set a scheduled time to take my 82 year old mother to receive vaccines. We drove over 30 minutes to get to the cvs location in Midlothian and twice we were told that neither vaccine was available after checking in and waiting over 30 minutes. To add insult when I mentioned the issue to the representative in the pharmacy I was told it was a corporate problem and not hers. Absolutely to empathy or apology! I will do my best to never return to this location!"
"My husband was told in person his prescription would be ready for pickup at 4pm on 01/03, he went at that time to pick it up. At 5pm, he then returned to pick it up because he was told it was still "in production," and was once again sent away. This is 2 times in on day he went to pick it up when he was told it would be ready and it was not. Then, today 01/04 on my way in to work at 1pm, I went to pick it up and was also told it was still "in production." As if you all had already wasted my husband's time two different occasions the day prior, over promising and under delivering, they tried to send me away for a third time with no prescription. Once I firmly explained that this was now the third time one of us had come to pick up this prescription and I was not leaving without it, the tech's hurried to prepare the prescription. Then, once it had been prepared and placed in the brown bag, it had to be "confirmed" by a pharmacist who was nowhere to be found supposedly in the back? Which took more time for him to be found, come scan his barcode, and then for myself and others also waiting for him to appear so we could pay. This is almost every time my husband or I come here. I understand it is a small pharmacy, and Midlothian is rapidly expanding but this is consistently the most horrible experience - every single time we come to pick something up it is not ready, and it takes an absurd amount of time to be helped despite the CVS app telling us it is ready or receiving an automated text message stating it is ready for pickup. There is something that has to be done here to fix this, how is it that for my entire life, CVS has been my families preferred pharmacy. Yet, Midlothian CVS continues to disappoint us each time? Each time I leave a comment or fill out a review there is an apology but it never gets any better. This is 2024 - Be better!"
"I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this location. I went there yesterday and, to be honest, they did better than Walmart. If you look and see how many medications they are dealing with, you can tell why things can get behind. I have no issues. They actually filled a prescription that no one else had in stock - within a day, at that."
"Took my 5 year old to get flu shots with me. Pharmacist man with the mustache was very cold with us. My daughter, obviously scared was slightly crying out of fear. He never offered any words of advice for her nor did he even acknowledge her. Then after the shots, I asked for my $5 off coupon. He handed me 2 coupons. I did a little shopping and tried to use one coupon. Cashier told me they’re expired. So I went back to the pharmacist and told him and he told me that’s all he had, didn’t say anything else and didn’t offer to help me rectify my issue. He turned away, dismissed me in front of other customers and continued to work. So rude. Please trust the low rating on this location. The man is miserable and is making others miserable too. He was just cold. She’s a freaking kid, bro. You could’ve said ANYTHING to her. I hope your own kids don’t get treated like this. On the other hand, the nice, young cashier in the front was very sweet and helpful. Thanks, David. You’re super kind even though I was upset. You deserve to work somewhere better."
