"I moved all of my prescriptions to smaller pharmacy in the area that is open until 7pm each night and have had no issues since. They are friendly, quick, and don't look/talk at me like I am a piece of garbage like the male pharmacist at Walgreens does with literally everyone."

"This is the most unprofessional location I have ever been to. I made at 9:40 AM appointment for a flu shot. The lady that was running the drive thru was being very nasty to customers who just wanted to check in for their vaccine and not wait in a long line behind people having complaints about medication. Here it is 11:03 AM I am just now getting my flu shot because they miss placed my paperwork. Over a hour of watching me waiting and calling others ahead of me to get their vaccine no one said anything to me about paper work. A easy fix of asking me to complete new paper work. No one had the respect to even apologize just went ahead about their day. I will never come to location for anything they are unprofessional and disrespectful towards their customers."

"I've been trying to get a nebulizer and medicine for 4 days so I can have breathing treatment. They never answer the except to hang up on you. They put the wrong code in so insurance denied payment. This prescription came from the ER. Also re sent prescription by Pulmonary Dr office. No one will answer phone. I complained to Corporate office and Pharmacy manager was to call me. Never happened. Incompetent. Go somewhere else. Not the first time it's happened they are worse than CVS"

"The pharmacy is awful. This should be no stars. I had a serious infection that needed antibiotics. The pharmacy received the RX from the doctor at 4pm. I tried to call the pharmacy to be sure I could get it before they closed. First time I was on hold for 20 min and the automatic message kept telling me two callers ahead of me. I hung up and thought I would call back a little later as they might be busy with customers. I called back and after being on hold for over 40 minutes with someone picking up the phone around 30 minutes and just put me right back on hold and not saying anything. I drove up to the pharmacy still on hold and there was no one in line at the pharmacy. I told the lady that I was on hold 40 min and still on hold as I drove up. She shrugged her shoulders and gave me the I do not know what to tell you. I did not pick up the phone. Then I asked if I could get my prescription since I needed it and they have had it for 4 hours. She told me no but she would ask. I saw her speak to another clerk and came back and said we can not do that. I have never had such a bad experience with customer service. It was too bad for you attitude. No I am sorry we are really busy or an time that it might be ready tomorrow. Just told me I can get it transferred to any other Walgreens."
