I wanted a doctor that would actively listen and have more than a one-sided conversation. I also wanted an office where I was not just going through a revolving door and never seeing the same person. I had a lot to say and it took some time and he never seemed itching to get on to the next appointment. He is very personable and approachable. I wanted a relationship with a doctor that is more than financial and I found that here!"

"This review is based on this office’s front staff. Everytime I call they are rude and unhelpful. Complained about having to get preauthorization from our insurance company. Told us they had sent the forms but our insurance company never received them. When I spoke to them again the female receptionist told me she wouldn’t be spending any more time on it because they had been on the phone with insurance for an hour. I’m not sure what they think their job is but dealing with insurance companies is definitely part of it."
