"I am so appreciative of the positive experience I had here today. The staff was both friendly and professional! The dentist explained everything in great detail, which allowed me to feel at ease. I can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend!"

"I called and asked if there was anyway they could see me today too pull a tooth that's been giving me a lot of trouble. I was in and out in 45 mins! The dentist was very professional and explained everything he was doing before he done it. We are very lucky to have him as a dentist. 10/10 will be back for sure."

"Had two TERRIBLE experiences with the dentistry side of the clinic. Had my teeth cleaned last week and the woman who cleaned them stabbed my gums with the pick/scraper tool so badly that they poured the blood. She blamed it on poor flossing habits, but my gums never bleed that bad when I floss them at home. She then very roughly flossed my teeth after polishing them and jammed the floss up in between my teeth into my already sore and bleeding gums way harder than she needed to. WORST CLEANING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I went in a couple days ago to see Dr. Blair for 2 fillings. I wish I had of went elsewhere! He put a glob of numbing cream on a cotton swab to numb my gums, and the excess of the cream ended up going down my throat and numbing half of my throat and I couldn't swallow properly. When he numbed me, I'm almost certain that he went WAY TOO DEEP with the needle, because i could feel it. My bottom numbed, but my top didn't, and when he started drilling on the top, it hurt, so he stopped and numbed the top again. I could feel that needle going WAY DEEP again. So the rest of the procedure went fine. He did the fillings, and I was so numb I literally couldn't feel ANYTHING (3 shots of numbing stuff to the left side of my face in total). So i leave, and think everything is good. 2 hours later the numbing is wearing off, and I start feeling pain. A LOT OF PAIN. It hurt so bad where he injected me with that numbing stuff that I wanted to cry. I couldn't open my mouth but MAYBE half of an inch, and just talking was excruciatingly painful. A large portion of my cheek/jaw was still numb and remained numb until 11pm that night (my appointment was at 12pm that day, and I was done by 12:30pm and out of the office). Not only did I have severe pain from the injections, but I noticed swelling and bruising beginning to show up on my cheek/jaw area that evening, which only continued to worsen. It literally looks like someone PUNCHED ME IN THE JAW! I am now 3 days post appointment, and I am still swollen, bruised and sore, and I still can't fully open my mouth without pain from the injection sites. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Never in my life have I ever experienced this from a dentist. I had a root canal done one time by another dentist in Tennessee, and it didn't hurt anything like what I am going through right now. If I had the option to give 0 starts, BELIEVE ME I WOULD GIVE NOTHING!!! The dentistry practice at MCHC clinic is a JOKE!!! I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE, AND I WILL ADVISE ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GO ELSEWHERE ALSO!!! I uploaded a picture of my bruised cheek so that everyone could see what kind of shape I was left in after getting services here."

"The staff is friendly and they don't rush you through. They take the time to get to know you and your needs. I came from Cincinnati and believe me. These people are more patient friendly than any doctor office I have seen in my 60 year in Cincinnati area. And I've seen many! Very refreshing to find someone who truly cares about making you well and not just getting thru as many as possible to increase revenues! Love this office!"
