I toured multiple facilities in the Western KY area and Providence Pointe is by far the best! The staff here treats you like family with so much love, compassion and kindness! They truly care about making you feel at home and about giving the highest level of care possible. I cannot say enough great things about them! Providence is the only place we would ever consider for any future needs!"

Staff was always willing to answer questions, caring, helpful when discussing medications, etc, and polite. Holly in admissions was always very accommodating also. Response time of staff to room when called was great, much better than other places my parents have been."
