Our Experience: We've been here twice and were super excited that a new, closer liquor store opened up. Our first time going they had to look up pricing for our items at checkout saying they had just opened so they didn't have everything labeled yet. That's fine and understandable so we waited and checked out without me really reviewing any of the prices. I assumed it was all fair enough and we left. Later I would see that they've been open for a month now so that seems odd and disorganized. On our second purchase the woman at checkout stopped our purchase so she could call the manager/owner to confirm pricing on our item (photos attached). After a lengthy facetime call where she showed the owner the items, us shopping, and the price label, she returned and stated (while still on facetime) that they cannot charge that amount because the pricing was for a six pack, and mistakenly under the 12 pack on the shelf and that they would need double the money. I pointed out that the label in question specifically called out the name of the item and the quantity of 12. Sure, I understand someone typed the wrong price in the system but at this point we've been standing while they FaceTime back and forth about the pricing and refused to honor it. Traditionally I would expect a reputable business to say "I see we marked this wrong for this time, but we will correct it. Thanks for bringing this to our attention" and honor their posted prices. We opted to take our business elsewhere since being gaslighted into saying it was for a "6 pack" when clearly labeled was getting annoying. This has me calling into question their pricing and if this isn't a normal operation for them. Attract you to bring poorly or unlabeled items to checkout than cashing in for extra money on the transaction. This seems super shady and we won't be returning. I recommend you go somewhere else too."

The first time there was hardly any pricing on the shelves, which is understandable because it’s a new store, but that made it very difficult to decide what to buy since I had no idea what I’d be spending. The second time when they had most of their items priced, I got to the register and they tried to charge me double because it was “incorrectly priced” on the shelf. The label was very clear and even had a picture of the product. They refused to honor their labeled price so I decided to shop elsewhere. Although this is the closest liquor store to my house, I’d rather drive a bit further and give a better managed business my money."
