"Walked in they were racist my mom just wanted to pass her test. The guard at the entrance was being rude and unprofessional. My mom walked in and the guard started talking to her, then she said she didn't talk English. The guard raised his voice and said "I DONT KNOW WHAT LANGUAGE YOU SPEAK" so my mom said spanish then he said "Your going to fail, everything is done in English here." Worst service ever!"

"I was surprised to have excellent customer service at a USCIS office. The whole experience was very positive at this location. Maybe we just got lucky, but we didn’t have to deal with any rude employees and everyone was friendly and efficient. Apparently it takes only a few bad apples to ruin the customer service and even a government agency can provide a good service when competent people work there."

"The two ladies outside very rude and unprofessional! I will get theirs names later to file a formal complaint, they are public servants and they are no treating the people with respect! I went to my wife's ceremony and while on line they just attacked us telling me to move away from the building like right now!! And then the line moved and my wife started walking too when one of them asked her " where are you going?? You staying here with me!!" Very rude. And like I said I will get those public records to get them names and file a complaint!"
