"They are always so great with our daughter. Shes been seeing them since 4 months old and they always make sure they keep her entertained while doing what they are doing, and they talk to her too. Our wait times are never very long even if its a last minute appointment."

"So I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews on here?? But I’m a new patient at Babtist Health ENT and everybody from the front desk, to the physician, to Alexa Payne were all really really really good to me, treated me with care, answered any questions I had, literally showed up 15 mins early and was called in not even 5 mins later, literally a A++++++ visit all the way around and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Alexa Payne was awesome and so was the physician who walked me back there, Juny (not sure if I spelled that right lol sorry) like miss Payne really made feel cared for and went above and beyond to help me in any way she could, with follow up visits, to just reassuring me that I’m gonna be ok. And Juny, man great guy, I’ve been really down and upset about my situation and he really did help me relax and just talk to me like everything’s gonna be ok, we’re not saying this will get worse at all so don’t even think that, just don’t get down on yourself, like really made me feel cared for and went out of his way to make me feel better so. "My husband and son were scheduled early morning, arrived 15 mins early as requested and then didn’t get seen until 45 mins PAST our appointment time. Once in a room, waited another 25 mins for a nurse to come in and say oh he’s good. Come back in 2 months. Absolutely ridiculous."

"4 month wait times if you have wellcare. If you dont have insurance you can get in the same week you call. Wait times in the office are horrible at best. You never get to see a dr just a nurse. This is by far the worst dr office I've been to ever. I tell everybody go somewhere that cares about you not just money."

"Had an appointment time of 5pm. Arrived at 4:50pm. Took 25 minutes standing at the front desk to get checked in. Son was a new patient, so I can somewhat understand it taking longer to check in. However, after 2 hours in the waiting room with my 19 month old son (patient), we were finally called back. We were placed in a room and told the doctor would be in shortly. 40 minutes later, my son is laying in the floor crying. Two and a half hours is too long for a 19 month old to wait to see a doctor. It was 7:30 pm and he was hungry! We decided to leave at that point and never caught a glimpse of a doctor."
