"Front counter lady was soo rude. They would not allow me to tighten the wheels on the skates. There were more kids running around causing trouble than there were actually skating. Felt like an adolescent free for all with no security or parental supervision. Nearly no place to sit and put on skates due to this."
"Most definitely coming back soon. The staff was Great and very helpful with my daughters birthday celebration. My daughter's birthday party was a success. We loved the music & the vibes. Outer Limits is the place to be.❤️❤️❤️"
"Took my kid here apparently the snacks and drinks are high priced. Her skates were faulty, and instead of helping her and giving her another pair the dude rolled his eyes at her literally a 8yr old child. She was devastated came to have fun and instead had a bad experience. Won't be returning."
"We celebrated our niece's birthday party here. Although the people who work there was very friendly, the place itself needs work. Its too dark in there. The areas where the tables are, is so cramped, and there is not enough seating or chairs. They barely have room for 2 parties at a time. And they dont provide or prepare any food, you have to bring in your own pizza, cake, etc for your party. Most concession stands have hot dogs or pizza or fries, etc, but maybe due to covid they stopped doing this, not sure. The skates given to us were in need of repair. We returned them only to get another pair that wouldn't work and the shoe string was torn in half and was so short it only laced up half way and was tied in a knot, which wouldn't stay on the child's foot so we exchanged again. There's a table near an entry way between the concession stand area and the skating rink... and this could easily create a problem because you constantly have to ask the people standing there to move or say "excuse me" over and over again. And the bathrooms were clean but the toilets didn't flush, the water just swirls around and then it fills up as it if it's going to overflow and every sink was filled wirh dirty water that wouldn't drain. I wish more business owners would invest just a little money to make improvements and repairs. There was confusion about where or how to get the "skate trainer" that you hold on to if you're not a good skater yet. One person said you can rent it at the booth where the skates are but he said you have to pay for it at the concession stand and then pick it up at the rental skate booth. The first time we went to the concession stand to pay, they said no, go back to the rental booth, and when we did he sent us back to the concession stand. When you first enter the building There's a huge area where you stand in line before paying to enter. This area was bigger than the area where the tables and parties are. There are no signs telling you how much it cost to enter or any other information. The music they played was current and upbeat and everyone skating seemed to be having a good time. There's 3 or 4 small games similar to what you see in some Walmart stores that you can play that are against the wall near the concession stand and front counter, but there's just not enough room over there. There were a couple games in the far left corner on the other side of the skating rink that were not in use/not plugged in. This could be a great place with some upgrades and renovations."
"We had a lot of fun and Wednesday was very reasonably priced. However the bathrooms don't have locks, half of them don't flush and the sinks didn't drain so they were full of dirty water. Not the cleanest place and could definitely need new chairs, carpet and skates. But overall we will definitely be back and my girls did have fun! I do wish the music was a tiny bit quieter and more kids appropriate though."
