"Absolutely wonderful food and staff and pricing. I walked up and saw two people chatting about food choices and had to ask what schnitzel was as I had never had it. They both educated me and the gentleman started telling me about how they make it! This amazing little food truck is authentic German food!!! I had no idea the man worked there because it never felt like a pitch to get me to buy but was a genuine conversation. As stated it was my first time have schnitzel so I have nothing to compare but it was divine. Now. the cucumber salad was out of this world. I thought I knew what good cucumber salad was before but I was wrong."
"Stumbled upon this gem of a food truck at Clarksville tractor supply today. Lived over 10 years in Germany so had to try it. Only accurate German food I've had since leaving Germany in 2017. I had the thuringer sausage with fries and they were delicious. I will now stalk this truck."
"Oma's if pretty beautiful"
"This food truck parks at TSC parking lot on Wednesdays for the lunch time crowds. I ordered a schnitzel sandwich combo and a kilometer smoked sausage. Schnitzel combo consisted of sandwich, side (I got cucumber salad), and can drink. The sandwich was okay. The meat on the sandwich was not dry but it lacked seasoning (for my taste). I put mustard on my sandwich and it made it a little better. The cucumber salad was good. Cucumber slices were soft with nice crunch and the purple onion diced very small was a nice touch. For my taste it needed a little more salt and pepper. Kilometer sausage was very good. Smaller diameter sausage cut in small bite size pieces. I filled my brochen roll with sausage pieces and topped it with mustard, it was on point. Sausage had great flavor. The firmness of the sausage inside the soft roll was yummy and filling. The service was pretty fast. Folks taking orders and cooking food were very friendly and did not hesitate to answer questions I had about food items on menu. I will definitely return to try the other food items. Looking forward to trying the Jagerschnitzel."
