"Harrodsburg Urgent Care is on the ball! The entire staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. From the time I walked in I felt welcomed. They are not afraid to go out of their way and that is very rare now days. I was seen in a timely manner and the they took their time, listened and answered all of my questions. I appreciate their efforts as well as their care!"

"My wife and I took our youngest son whom is autistic there. They checked him out and were nice. They said he had a common cold. We had asked if insurance would cover it as we live paycheck to paycheck. So, they told us they would make sure the medication was able to be completely covered. Upon arrival to the pharmacy to pick up the medication, we discovered the cost of the medication was going to be $300, as it was a medication not covered by our insurance. So, we couldn't get it. After going back to Urgent Care and bringing up the issue, they said it's a pharmacy issue, so to talk to the pharmacy. Therefore, they wouldn't prescribe something affordable. Medicine for a common cold should not cost $300 anyhow. My wife wanted to be seen to get antibiotics for a tooth infection as well. So, they rushed her out without prescribing any antibiotics. As it's a personal choice to go there or not, we will not be going back there again, based on our experience. Further more, based our experience I cannot say that I recommend this place to others."

The new office manager Brittany, is doing an amazing job at helping this place become the office it should be! The new staff are very friendly and professional! A much better experience than we’ve had there in the past! We highly recommend this office!"

"The staff was friendly and showed concern for me not feeling well. My tests were promptly run and I saw the nurse practitioner in a reasonable amount of time. She was attentive and asked me lots of questions. She suggested antibiotics and other prescriptions to help get me back to feeling well again. I would definitely go back. When I left they all said they hoped I felt better soon. I’m sure it meant nothing to them to say it, but it meant everything to me!"
