"Not a very good therapist. Medication that they wanted to prescribe isn't even FDA approved. And the "nurse" prescribing it said I could take it "whenever". Unfortunately those medications need to build up in your system to work. I am not at all sure of anyone's credentials there!! Kind of scary to be honest yo put your mental health in the hands of these people. I don't recommend at all."

"They will charge you bills without insurance. They will call you with the wrong appointment time and then tell you that you have to reschedule. They do not answer their phones or work with other therapists. Don’t waste your time here"

"The only reason I go there is because of my LSW she is a wonderful therapist. The staff and manager not so much. I wasn't even able to see my therapist today because of the staff. They miss placed a copy of my old insurance card which I no longer have and they need now after 4 months. Said I had a grant to cover my co-insurance until June but didn't inform me until my appointment that didn't get it and needed 10% of the bill before I could see my therapist. I don't know anything about the other therapist but mine is wonderful and that is the only reason I will return. The staff need to get it together though."

"Most of the counselors are interns with seemingly little experience. Takes months to see a doctor for medication. They try, goodness knows. But going here is barely a step above getting no treatment at all."
