"I worked before on Park Duvalle under other CEO, now is like PDCHC is falling apart, persons on registration in general they are so rude and disrespectful in every location, is like they don't want to work at all, if Park Duvalle is a nonprofit organization to help those in needs probably they don't know what that's it means. I think PDCHC and the new administration needs to reconsider what are they doing for the community"
"If I could give -100 stars I would!!!! The waits are long, even at 8am appointments with nobody else in office!! Today, I was threatened by the most unprofessional greeter that I’ve ever met in my life. James’ people skills, communication & conflict resolution is TERRIBLE! he turned my simple complaint into an escalated argument. He proceeds to try and argue that it’s not the offices fault that they lack punctuality or common decency to communicate canceled appointments in a timely manner! He walked up on me in a threatening way while I sat down writing my complaint. He continually approached me while I was sitting filling my complaint and encouraging an argument. I advised him to stop trying to instigate the situation. After I repeatedly told him “get out off my face so I can write my complaint and leave” .. the dental staff offered me a suite to contribute filling out my complaint. Many different staff members came into the waiting room to pull him away from me. I go into the dental suite to fill my complaint. While doing so, I hear James in the front of the building antagonizing me and telling everyone that I walked in with an attitude and was rude. When he was the one who escalated the situation!! I was so distraught and hurt. I was shaking and crying while trying to complete my complaint. I began feeling unsafe and just asked the dental supervisor for James’ name and supervisor. And I left. I tried giving this office so many chances.. Each visit, things got worse. I learned my lesson for next time!"
"You all need to get a better grip on communicating with patients asap. My partner has been trying to connect with someone regarding payments for a month and not once have we received a callback/email/text. Same thing with dental. The lady at the counter had us write our info on a scrap piece of paper and said she'd get back to us whenever she had time-again over a month of time passed by and nothing. The only person that has communicated to her this time is whoever the mental health doctor or whoever makes their appointments for them is. The doctor we saw at the time of the visit was awesome and have nothing negative to say about that, but this entire time afterwards has been frustrating to say the least and clearly other recent reviews back this up as well unfortunately."
"I have been a patient for about 15+ years now, I have always been satisfied with the care, concern and professionalism of the staff. Ms.Cameron runs the facility beautifully. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is occasionally it takes a while to get an appointment. I don't think I could do any better!"
"Disorganized coming from the top and trickling down to the staff. Front desk people always grumpy, probably because of management or should I say mismanagement. Possibly APRN and some of the medical staff are gaslighters. They distort reality and blame you for making mistakes that they made. APRN makes strange comments and has strange facial expressions. Weird vibes…didn’t feel safe or medically cared for. First visit seems normal but once you go more often, things get a bit strange like a loony bin. A dream place for a counselor. So many questions I want to ask and counsel them through. Go at your own mental health risk."
