"We will no longer use this location after the NON-treatment received yesterday. If I wanted a Google print-out, I could have done that myself. The ARNP was rude and not helpful whatsoever. I would not recommend this location for anyone that was sick."

"The new staff at this location is very unprofessional. The last 2 times I've went there the nurses have showed up late and had to wait forever. The medicine that was prescribed made me feel worse. Tried calling ALL day and was told by Theresa that I would get a call back. Never got a call back. It's really disappointing because I used to love going to this location."

"It is my experience & opinion Nurse Kathy is extremely difficult and hateful . Spoke with pharmacy associates & they agreed as well . We made appt online , arrived on time & she immediately directed us to the pharmacy for a flu shot. Our insurance dosnt cover vaccines , That’s why we have to get the vaccine in the little clinic . So then , she made us wait for another appt time because SHE DIRECTED US TO THE PHARMACY & wasted my time .. so her solution is wait for another appt , not get us in before another person walks in . This is a circumstance that isn’t acceptable to people who don’t like wasting time for something simple !!! Shepherdsville Ky"

"The lady that does check in is always nice, but the LNP, Emily, we got today was terrible. She refused to give my son a note for being checked out of school early for a sports physical. She said we should have done it after school hours. She doesn’t know what our schedule is like and I rarely have free time after school or on the weekends because of their sports schedules. She was also unprofessional, rude and in a huge rush to get us out of there. We felt like we were bothering her. We won’t be back."

When I arrived, they were ready for me and after a few pre-appointment questions I was taken right back. The staff was very personable and made me feel comfortable at all times.
