"I'm used to things in the medical field being a hassle but my experience with Dr. Nikola's office was nothing but Infuriating. While Nikola is a decent doctor, his staff is absolutely useless. Reaching them by phone is nearly impossible, they never follow through with requests, never call back, don't listen, are often rude, many many serious mistakes and clearly could care less about any of their patients and are just trying to make it through the workday. Apparently Nikola himself has recommended that they all be replaced but until that happens, stay far far away. I have learned many people have had the same experience and also switched doctors. I just wish I'd done more research before subjecting myself to this torture."
