"No longer will I be a patron. The manager named Austin was rude and confrontational stating the 1 am closing time online and posted on the front door was a "lie". Additionally he called a young female employ a derogitory name implying a learning disability that began with the letter r."

"Showed up early for glow bowl on a Friday night. Austin, was the worst and guess what...he's "running" the place. When asking about how much longer on a lane, he got tired of answering questions about delay and asked a party on 10 to leave. When closing our bar tab, the bar tender was mortified embarrassed."

"I called about three weeks ago to make a party reservation and I was assured that for three lanes all they needed was a two days notice. I decided to go today which would be 6 days prior to my desired date and they very unapologetically told me they were completely booked for the whole month and even next. It is a shame as I have been there plenty other times for regular bowling and used to love this place. Needless to say I won’t be returning. Ohh and the lady I spoke to today told me that’s what they normally tell people on the phone. Very unprofessional to say the least."

"Very poor experience. The bowling was fun but they did not honor our reservation even though it was made a month in advance. The lanes were not set aside for us and the costumer service was dismal. We were constantly ignored and had to settle for five lanes instead of the reserved six. Do not recommend."

"Very nostalgic. Small operation but very fun. They serve snacks, candy bars and pop to drink. For adults they have a selection of beer. There is also a pool table although I have not seen anyone use it. For a Friday night, it was around forty bucks for 3 of us to go and play 2 rounds. They do have leagues come play and it is fun to watch how much better most people are than me. You have to be 10 or under to use the bumpers. All-in-all it is good, positive family-friendly fun."
