"Love Dr. Kestler but they never answer the phone. They never return your calls. They don't give you referrals they claim they will. It'll take forever. Super frustrating. I've been trying to get my meds refilled for over a month."

Two mos later and still cant get them to contact the pharmacy to actually fill it. Can’t get them to answer the phone even though I call daily. Lost. If you have closed then your patients need to know."

"Don't waster your time. This place is a JOKE! No one ever answers phone. Never get a call back. Waited almost six weeks for referral to be sent. Faxed it myself, had appt. within an hour. Don't understand how a doctors office don't understand how to refer a patient. Or insurance for that matter. If you was dying you would be screwed with this bunch!"
