"I made my appointment online. When I arrived, I checked in at the counter with friendly service Before nurse practitioner arrived, I was given compassionate and efficient care. APN Brandi was thorough, passionate, friendly and precise with her diagnosis."
"Every time I have gone, staff has been very kind and have listened to my concerns. I booked an appointment online and was seen within 15 minutes of my appt time. The doctor was very knowledgeable and worked with me to develop a plan to get me to feeling better. I am glad they are here and are so helpful, especially with how hectic healthcare can be even post-pandemic. I’m very grateful to everyone here :)"
"Just waited for 10 minutes because I got there early checked in online and set up the appointment with my insurance. Only to find out at that they do not take my insurance. I would’ve loved to of been told that over a phone at home and not have wasted my time and gas."
"My son was seen for a sore throat Tues. He tested positive for strep. I was seen the next day (Wed) with same symptoms but tested negative. The NP refused to give me an antibiotic even though I had close contact with a positive person and had the same symptoms. She said if symptoms persist to call back, the test might just be too early. Today is Sat. My lymph nodes are noticeably swollen and extremely sore to the touch and I still have a sore throat. I called back, let them know the situation, and requested an antibiotic be called in to my pharmacy. I was told they need another visit, i.e. another co-pay before they will consider it. So basically it's a racket. We won't be returning. (My brother and SIL had the same situation, that's where my son caught it, he visited with their kids on Sunday - brother tested positive Monday, SIL tested negative Wed, doctor gave her an antibiotic just in case.) Disclaimer: I understand very well antibiotics - or any medication - are not given willy-nilly, I'm a critical care nurse in ICU."
"Waste of time. Never actually treated my cold and implied that my ear infection was due to my weight. Doctors are condescending in tone. Overall a very unpleasant experience every time I’ve gone. Will never use them again."
