Great communication letting us know when our blinds were ready (about 3 weeks) and working with us on our time schedule to come and install our new blinds. Two service providers came and installed our 3 motorized blinds in about 40 minutes and the owner stopped by to see how we liked them and if we had any concerns. The team disposed of the old blinds, vacuumed the window sills, and made sure we understood our new remote control device.
