Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am-5pm at our Preston location, and Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm and Saturday-Sunday 2pm-8pm at our Broadway location. Please note that our Dixie location is currently closed and will reopen in mid-2024.
We offer affordable pricing for individuals of all income levels and accept Passport and Medicaid.
