"I am a 15 year old trans male actively getting therapy from this place (and have been for maybe a year or two now). The therapists are really nice and they do keep their word of not saying a thing to your parents unless its about s/h or suicide. However, there'll be times where I won't see my therapist for weeks without much explanation. As for whatever psycho doctor I spoke to, to be prescribed for melatonin and anti-depressants or whatever they're called, I never connected with her like I have with any of my previous (and current) therapists. Also, shout out to all my therapists for being there for me, thank you so much."
"You wanna know why they can't keep anyone, or hire good help? Or why their reviews are so low? They posted a job with NO PAY listed. Come to find out for a full-time admin position they are offering $12 an hour. Let that sink in. Places like this don't pay their staff well, so of course you're not going to retain good people. Pitiful. Winchester deserves better."
"Tried this facility several times because my private insurance was super expensive, and they get grant money for seeing income based clients. Didnt see a Dr for over a month. Just put me in a group with ppl from drug court (no disrespect to them) due to my history of alcoholism. but it felt much more like a business than a place of recovery. They don't treat mental health, just blanket everyone an addict, and push a diluted version of the 12th step program. They prescribed me antidepressants that were unavailable for weeks, and my medication specialist dropped me my 2nd week WITHOUT EVEN DRUG SCREENING ME. Then cut off my sleep meds that were actually working. Then recommended i admit myself into a facility... Again, without even drug screening me because they didnt have a male on staff to take a urine sample."
"Idk"
"Couldn’t keep a consistent therapist (went through 3 during my time there) a few times I recall my appointments would get canceled, which was no big deal, therapists are human too, but I wouldn’t get a call back for at least a month, sometimes two months for a reschedule on the cancellation. But my final visit, I waited in the waiting room for an hour and 30 minutes, making that my 3rd and final strike. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend"
