"I am no longer a patient of this facility any longer due to the medical neglect that I had to go through today. I am a former patient of Amber Rudds nurse practitioner. I have been a patient for over three years and I take an antidepressant that cause extreme withdrawal when I don’t have it. More than three times they have neglected to make sure that I have not run out of this medication. This medication is very important to my health and mental health. I seen her 2 weeks and we discussed my antidepressant medication, however they decided because I was also sick that the appointment was just a sick visit and didn’t refill my prescription. I was close to the end of my prescription and called my pharmacy to see if the refill was there it was not. I attempted to call this doctors office multiple times but the phone was disconnected. I went to the Office today to be rudely told by the front desk personnel Debbie Crim that my appointment was viewed as only a sick visit and that my discussion about my antidepressant was not considered during the appointment which was why I didn’t have any refills of my prescription available at my pharmacy. They continued to say I could only get one month of my antidepressant which I have been on for several years and that I had to do another appointment. I refuse as a patient to be treated this way and I implore you to seek medical care somewhere else."

"By far the worst medical provider i have ever been too. shalash was terribly rude to both my son and I. To the point we had to leave her office before we could have a physical done for my son. We are Christians and that may have had a hand in the awful treatment. I pray God touches her and lifts her up. Makes her heart loving and kind. I pray she finds Jesus and can forgive people who have wronged her and likewise I pray they forgive her. God is loving and patient and kind and forgiving. All have sinned.
