The experience this time provided more information as to types of beds and all the updates. We were very pleased with this experience."
"Very dissatisfied with customer service. Needed to change my delivery address to a location 10 miles away from the original address. Called a month in advance to make the change and they are pushing the delivery out another 8 days. This is on top of having to wait two months to get the bed. And am being told that there are no instructions for the setup also. This is great. I may just cancel the order. This is my second bed purchased with them and have never felt this dissatisfied."
