"The pharmacy is horrible. The pharmacist refused to fill my life needed prescription one day out of the blue because they're too unethical, lazy & so busy they're cutting filling a lot of prescriptions, especially suboxen, tele health prescriptions etc. Don't expect to get your meds here everytime. You might end up like me and get called by the mean pharmacist lady having a bad day & talking to you like you're doing something wrong and refuse your prescription even if you will die without it! Don't go here if at all possible"

"Always have "buy 1 get 1 free, half off, or 2 for tge price of" offers, but never have the quantity for you to take advantage of the actual sale. Double charged through the prescription express check out. The response I recieved when i advised what happened was, "customers normally tell us when they do express pay". I was standing in the express pick up line as I explained to her, and you can't assume the customer is aware that youre not notified on your end. She then said we handle regular check out in the express too", as if that was supposed to lighten the fact that there was a 50.00 & 64.00 charge.I told her that maybe they should take the express pick up sign down since it's not for express only. This is the second day in a row that I had an issue with Walgreens. Been with them my whole life and I think it may be time to try CVS."

"Pharmacy review: I have used Walgreens for years and have lived next to this one for quite some time now. It’s my last minute shopping spot and normally pharmacy. The customer service has been so bad i have considered switching pharmacies. Whether it’s the look i get for medicine being picked up, the non approachable body language, the response given when medicine isn’t ready, or just the whole experience asking questions, they seem to just not want to be there or working. We all have bad days i understand, not every time i visit. Photo center is amazing and normally front check out always welcoming :)"

"The young male cashier never said a word to me coming in or checking out just now, seemed miserable to be there. A lady behind me asked a question and he grunted "I dunno" nothing further, no request to find out or ask for the manager. These teen and 30 somethings have the worst attitude, no customer service whatsoever."
