"Appointments have always been available anytime I've called to schedule. We waited maybe 10 minutes in the waiting room, and Dr Gray was very very kind. He made me and my son feel very comfortable, and answered all of our questions. He seems very knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I can say I've never had a bad experience at Georgetown Pediatrics."

"Always an amazing experience for my children. We came from another practice in town that made it extremely difficult to get an appointment for a sick child. With this practice, they have ALWAYS fit them in to be seen that same day, or early the next day. I appreciate this so much, as unfortunately you can't schedule when your kids get sick!"

"Dr. Grey is the best! He truly cares and is very attentive. My daughter was very sick.. he ran every test that it could have possibly been and made sure we figured out what the actual problem was. He has great bedside manner & listens to concerns. Couldn’t be more happy with the care my daughter had."

"I have a 2 year old who was coughing, experiencing drainage, and was tugging at his ear. I was told by Dr Hoddy on Friday that the symptoms weren’t severe to try a cough suppressant and monitor symptoms, and if they worsened they were in 7 days a week and I could bring him right back in. Fast forward to Sunday, and he wakes up and was worse, I start calling at 11 AM, recording says they don’t open until Noon. After calling over and over finally get through between 12:30-1:00, and I am told they are full, either wait until tomorrow or take him to the ER. I was following instructions from their doctors, and they wouldn’t even let me speak to a doctor on the phone. They were more worried about having me come in for another visit, so they could bill insurance, than they were about my child’s health. I even drove to the office to speak with the doctor and she refused to speak to me. This comes 2 days after we make them his PCP. Do not take your children here. At least some of the staff obviously don’t care about children. There are much better options out there."

"Doctors are decent but so far don't compare to our normal pediatrician, who recently retired. Otherwise- I really don't like paying before the child is even seen. We have waited 30 minutes past our appointment time each time we've visited, which is really bad for working parents who can't miss all day. Then when we went into be seen, another nurse had another child doing intake right on top of us. That's weird and definitely not private. It appears as though all of Georgetown goes here. Facility could use a facelift. Most people working there are kind. Update: Dr. Riebel was great."
