"Took my daughter in today for cleaning. Overall terrible experience, started with unpleasant front desk. Upon check in recommended sealants, informed insurance didn’t cover, but had no idea of cost when asked. Then hygienist did not even introduce herself, applied sealants, then very cursory cleaning. Daughter (age 14) says teeth not even fully brushed for cleaning. Cleaning lasted less than 5 minutes. Then another lady came over, assuming this was the dentist, but she also didn’t introduce herself. She gave my daughter’s teeth a quick look and counted them, said “no cavities” and was done with us. My daughter tried to ask a question about the feel of her sealants and was told “it’s fine”. She felt very blown off. Then despite her issue not being fully addressed I was asked if I had concerns. I am not the patient please address the patients concerns. I should have complained and requested a proper cleaning and exam but at this point had lost complete trust in the care provided. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. We will be looking for a new dentist ASAP. The one bright spot in this office is the person who does the check out process. She was very friendly."

"They are good with kids and have a good environment for kids but that's about all I have nice to say. My discrepancy is having to go in every other month to have a filling replaced that keeps falling out, then being blind sided on a cleaning visit only a month and a half after our last visit saying there are big issues and that my child would need to go to the hospital to be put under. These are issues that I was told were visible, I believe they should have told us sooner instead of waiting until it was a big issue. We had come into the office nov '22, April '23 got stickers and a reward for no cavities, then back for a filling replacement July '23 and Aug '23 ( the one that kept falling out), and in October for a cleaning, suddenly there's a surprise huge issue? As much I had really liked the way they treat my child I simply can't agree with how this all was handled. That there are issues that they said were obvious and visible but didn't tell us until this last visit. Be careful here, make sure to ask for any and all details, ask to double check for any visible issues. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you like surprises consisting of $600 bills and putting your child under for any fillings. Update: 11/03/2023 I have called trying to discuss the issues stated above before the reply below. The receptionist has told us a few things. Either the dentist that has treated our child isn't in and that we need to call another day (unspecified) to try and catch the doctor. Which on another call back we did call on a day he works... BUT we were told they would call us back once he was free to talk. Needless to say that never happened. We called back again last week and was once again given the run around. I would love to hear from someone who can actually help the situation, but that doesn't seem like that is possible. I will continue to call in hopes that something will happen. I will also update of there are answers or we have a resolution. So far it's been 2 weeks and 4 days without a direct answer over the phone."

"This really is the best dentist for kids! I have a 5 and a 7 year old and they do such a good job of making them feel at ease. And, so many little recognition things to keep the kids excited about coming to the dentist! Very grateful they are in Georgetown!"

"I’ve been taking my kids here since 2016 and have yet to have a bad experience! The staff is so great and so patient with the kiddos! They give little tokens for a prize out of gum ball machines when the appointment is over and they get their name put in a drawing for a gift card if they have no cavities! Refuse to go anywhere else! Such an amazing atmosphere"
